The B&B/Guest House was created from a typical Tuscan farmhouse, witness to an era that dates back to the early years of the last century. It has been completely renovated, taking great care to maintain its historical identity.
The building is surrounded by a large garden with tall trees, plants and flowers typical of the area.
Inside the building, there is a large lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs that overlooks the garden. Here you can relax with a good book or watch television taking advantage of an excellent climate control system that keeps the room very comfortable both in summer and in winter.
There is a free private car parking area on site for the use of guests.
You can enjoy delicious cappuccino, coffee, fruit juices and other drinks in the breakfast room, which also has wooden fittings and a ceiling with exposed chestnut wood beams.
The sweet/savoury buffet includes croissants, doughnuts and various patisserie items that a nearby artisan bakery provides in the morning fresh from the oven.
All the rooms are comfortable and bright, have a private bathroom, a desk, wardrobe, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV with satellite and digital terrestrial channels, free WiFi and a fridge.
The doors and windows, as well as the exposed beams, are in prized chestnut wood, which together with the terracotta bricks, are typical of the Tuscan style. The furnishings are in harmony with the history of their surroundings. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden.
One of the aspects most appreciated by our guests is our geographical location. We are less than 5km from the Tower of Pisa and the famous Piazza dei Miracoli. For those with a car it is very easy to reach us along the SS1 Aurelia that connects the Pisa Nord exit of the A11/A12 motorway and the centre of Pisa. The B&B is located halfway between the two, in a pleasant residential area about one kilometre down a side road off the SS1 Aurelia.
